DIFFERENT TYPES OF CAPITAL

Capital is usually what someone starts-up with in life. What do you have in your hand? God functions with the seed principle.  Your seed is what you have. It could be your skills, your ideas, initiatives; knowledge etc. When you’ve got the knowledge of the Seed Principle, some level of maturity begins to develop in you.  Maturity is the acceptance of responsibility. You have what it takes to change your circumstances. You can change your circumstances even if you are not from a privileged family. Ebel changed the rules of engagement; he changed his position of disadvantage to a position of advantage. You can be ignorant and fall into success but you cannot be ignorant and remain in success. There are principles guiding the operations every capital. Every enterprise is built by wise planning. We need to keep to the principles of God as there are resources available for us to do that. The most successful people on earth are principle based.

1st KIND OF CAPITAL IS SPIRITUAL CAPITAL
This is all about having God on your side.
Acts 7:8-9 says: And he gave him the covenant of circumcision: and so [Abraham] begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac [begat] Jacob; and Jacob [begat] the twelve patriarchs. And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but God was with him,(KJV)

Joseph’s brothers sold him to make some money. He got into slavery and started from the scratch. One with God is majority.

Acts 7:10 says: And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.(KJV)

The first thing Joseph had was God’s presence. Joseph again enjoyed divine favour. God gave him wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh. He lived by God’s grace.
Grace: Grace is having the “G” in your race, that is having God in your race. If you have grace, it can take you where others who are more qualified cannot get to.

KEYS TO GRACE:
1st Key to Grace:
Humility. The only thing that can get God against you is pride.
James 4:6 says:But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.(KJV)

God said He will have mercy on whomever He will have mercy. This is the nature of God. You don’t get God to act because another person has something which you don’t have but because He has said it. You don’t have to compare yourself with another person.

2 Corinthians 10:12 says: For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.(KJV)

You can’t attract God by your goodness or work. He gaveth grace to the humble. Comparing yourself with another person is a manifestation of pride.

2nd Key to Grace
2 Peter 1:1-2 says: Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,(KJV)

One of the ways that grace increases in a person’s life is through knowledge, and the knowledge of Jesus our Lord. The way you will identify the knowledge of God in you is that the more you know Him, the more you discover that you knew nothing about Him. The Psalmist said in your light I see light. You cannot genuinely know God and still be full of yourself or proud. You should trust God for hunger of His presence and of His word.

3rd Key to Grace
Philippians 1:6-7 says: Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ: Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.(KJV)

Philippians 4:19 says: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.(KJV)

If someone has been a blessing to you, what is the big deal in becoming a blessing to the person in return? Apostle Paul was talking to the Philippian Christians that they lack opportunities not in regard to needs because he has learn that in whatever state he finds himself to be content. They showed him care yet they were still in need. He talked to them in such way that he did not talk to the Roman and

Ephesians Christians as regards to their generosity. One of the ways to expand your world is by giving.

Philippians 4:10-18 says: But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity. Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Nevertheless you have done well that you shared in my distress. Now you Philippians know also that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only. For even in Thessalonica you sent aid once and again for my necessities. Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that abounds to your account. Indeed I have all and abound. I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things sent from you, a sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God.(NKJV)

This is the connection of:  Philippians 4:19 says: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.(KJV)

2ND KIND OF CAPITAL IS SOCIAL CAPITAL
Proverbs 14:28 says: In a multitude of people is a king's honor, But in the lack of people is the downfall of a prince.(NKJV)

There are seven indexes of power; one of them is political power. Another kind of power we’ve seen in the above verse is the people power. The man that has political power but does not have the people power will fall. This is because in the multitude of people is the king’s honor.
You can make more friends in three days by being genuinely interested in people than you can make by getting people interested in you even in seven years. Someone like Nelson Mandela bought goodwill from people. He dreamt of a free society built on democratic norm. You don’t get power by fighting for power but you get genuine power by giving up power.
What a wise man does is that he closes every door he passes very carefully because he doesn’t know if he will pass through that door again.

3RD KIND OF CAPITAL IS INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL
You are not entitled to money until you generate idea for solving problems. Intellectual capital includes your knowledge, ideas and all that. What ideas are you marketing? What solutions are you providing? You need to answer question been asked by people.

4TH KIND OF CAPITAL IS PHYSICAL CAPITAL
Physical capital includes your skills. Excellence does not mean perfection; excellence is not destination but a journey. Anywhere you find yourself, try to do things properly so that you will be called upon another time.

Ecclesiastes 10:10 says: If the ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed but skill will bring success.(NIV)

Technical ability will bring you success. Be good in what you do even in the church, everywhere you find yourself be better in what you do. What doing is worth doing well. This will enable you to deliver and become prosperous even in the public places. Physical capital also include physical strength, beauty etc. Moreover you don’t have to depend on physical capital
5TH FINANCIAL CAPITAL
This is where money is. If you have all the forms of capital listed above then you can create financial capital.

THE 7 TRIGGERING PRINCIPLES AND POWER OF SELLING YOURSELF

God functions by principles. If you live by principles then you should know that you are going somewhere. Good principles work with proper planning. Preparation is the mother of manifestation. If you don’t prepare properly opportunities will come and you will get nothing out of it.

1st Principle: Passion: Passion is the reason and purpose that drives men to grow. It is the fuel that powers success. No greatness without passion. You need to know what you want in life. If you want to work in the bank, tell yourself you will work there. Begin to dress like bankers.

2. Believe: Your believe about what you want and about what you will be precisely determine what you will be. What image have you created? You need to create an image for yourself. The image you created for yourself determine the kind of friends you have, the kind of music you listen to, the way you talk and so on. But you must start at the foundation of believe. Believe determine your salary, salary does not determine believe.

3. Strategy: The way of organizing resources. Life is governed by strategies. The man who wins is the man of strategies. You need to understand the strategy of leadership, personal responsibility, positive confession and networking.

4. Clarity of Values: You need to have a value system. Your value system will determine the kind of role you will play in an organization.

5. Energy: if you want to become a successful person in life then you must have energy, physical, spiritual and intellectual energy. Intellectual energy plays an important role in your success. Gone are the days when military might, intellectual power is what might now. The man who has developed his mind by reason of reading, asking questions is the man who wins. You need to build and develop yourself. You need to read books that will sharpen you.

6 Bonding Power: The ability to bond with others from a variety of background will to a large extent grant you success. You must learn how to connect with people. Learn how to build connections, learn to bond with people. One of the ways to make people get attracted to you is by developing yourself.

HOW TO HARNESS THE PRINCIPLES OF PRODUCTIVITY

There are principles that govern success in every area of life. God is a God of principles, purpose and commitment. The principles you apply will determine the level of your productivity. One of the principles of productivity is the management of men. If you know how to manage men your productivity is very much assured.
7 Feasts that God gave to the children of Israel
1. Feast of Passover:
2. The Feast Unleavened Bread
3. Feast of Pentecost

THE PRINCIPLE OF CAPITAL
Capital is what you invest to make profit.
There are 5 different types of capital
1. Spiritual Capital. The realm you cannot see is responsible for the realm of the physical. We live in the 4th dimension. Spiritual Capital is that investment that God has made in you that you can use to create your future. The Bible said the sun shall not smite you by day nor the moon by night, there is more to this. You need to know what you have; God asked Moses “What is in your hand?” Spiritual authority is the spiritual investment that God has made in you.

Joshua 10:13 says: And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. [Is] not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.(KJV)
Psalm 121:6 says: The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.(KJV)

There are forces that govern the universe. Part of the inheritance of the believer is these forces. You can command the unseen to be made physical and work for your good. You need to understand what God has given to you. The first type of capital is spiritual capital. The major component of spiritual capital is God himself.

Jeremiah 22:28-30 says: [Is] this man Coniah a despised broken idol? [is he] a vessel wherein [is] no pleasure? wherefore are they cast out, he and his seed, and are cast into a land which they know not? O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD. Thus saith the LORD, Write ye this man childless, a man [that] shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah.(KJV)

Joshua 10:12 says: Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.(KJV)

You need to have an understanding of who you are. The Bible said “greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world”

Deuteronomy 20:1-3 says: When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, [and] a people more than thou, be not afraid of them: for the LORD thy God [is] with thee, which brought thee up out of the land of Egypt. And it shall be, when ye are come nigh unto the battle, that the priest shall approach and speak unto the people, And shall say unto them, Hear, O Israel, ye approach this day unto battle against your enemies: let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them;(KJV)

Every day you step out, you step out with confidence. Everyday has a fear not with it. Fear not is recorded about 366 times in the bible. Enter with boldness into anything you are going into because there is someone behind you. Faith will not work in the atmosphere of fear. satan cannot do anything until he introduces fear. Fear is actually faith but faith in reverse.

HOW TO RELATE WITH YOUR PROPHET (The servant of God over you)

3 Offices anointed by God.
1. Office of the King: Kings were anointed to serve. They are called ministers of God. There is a spirit given to them to help their people. There are prayers associates with this office such as the commanding prayers.
2. Office of the Priest: The priest represents the people before God. Intercessory ministry is part of the priestly ministry.
3. Office of the Prophet: A prophet is any representative of God, whether is an evangelist, or a pastor. He is the mouth piece of God.

Mark 6:2-5 says: And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing [him] were astonished, saying, From whence hath this [man] these things? and what wisdom [is] this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed [them].(KJV)

These people were so familiar with Jesus and so the bible said He could no mighty work in their midst. It is the level of perception that you have over a servant of God that will determine the amount of benefit you get from him. The prophet of God is given for your advantage.

2 Corinthians 13:10 says: Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction.(KJV)

Every servant of God has the power for edification. This means that even their words such as “God bless you” has the ability to bring you up. The glory of God is in their words. Your perception of the servant of God determines what you get from him.

WHO IS A PROPHET?

Hosea 12:13 says: And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved.(KJV)

A Prophet Is an Agent of Deliverance,
The servant of God placed over you is an agent of deliverance over you.
A Prophet Is an Agent of Preservation. Whatever good thing you receive from God, your prophet can help you preserve it.

A Prophet Is an Agent of Blessing.
The Shunammite women received a blessing of a child when Elisha made a declaration over her. You need a landing path for your blessings to land. That was what the Shummanite woman did. She sows a seed and her blessings landed even in her unbelief.

2 Kings 4:8-16 says: And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where [was] a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And [so] it was, [that] as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread. And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this [is] an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither. And it fell on a day, that he came thither, and he turned into the chamber, and lay there. And he said to Gehazi his servant, Call this Shunammite. And when he had called her, she stood before him. And he said unto him, Say now unto her, Behold, thou hast been careful for us with all this care; what [is] to be done for thee? wouldest thou be spoken for to the king, or to the captain of the host? And she answered, I dwell among mine own people. And he said, What then [is] to be done for her? And Gehazi answered, Verily she hath no child, and her husband is old. And he said, Call her. And when he had called her, she stood in the door. And he said, About this season, according to the time of life, thou shalt embrace a son. And she said, Nay, my lord, [thou] man of God, do not lie unto thine handmaid.(KJV)

The level of perception you have over your prophet determines very greatly what you get in return. Whenever you see a servant of God, don’t leave him without placing a blessing upon you.

7 WAYS TO RELATE WITH YOUR PASTOR.
Ephesians 4:8 says: Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.(KJV)

1. RECEIVE HIM AS GOD’S GIFT TO YOU:
Galatians 4:14 says: And my trial which was in my flesh you did not despise or reject, but you received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.(NKJV)

This is honor, it does not mean you are worshiping him. You can have disregard or despise your servant of God. It is possible you reject him. You can also receive the person.

2. KNOW HIM:
Recognize those who are above you. recognize the man of God who God has placed over you.
1 Thessalonians 5:12 says: And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you,(NKJV)

You have to recognize the one laboring for you, the person that is placed above you, know what he represents. In the realm of the spirit there is an order.

3. RESPECT AND REVERENCE HIM:
Honor him more deeply.
1 Thessalonians 5:13 says: and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. Be at peace among yourselves.(NKJV)

4. PRAY FOR HIM:
2 Thessalonians 3:1 says: Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you,(NKJV)

You need to pray for your prophet because of the sensitivity of the responsibility placed over him. Pray for favour over him, for his family, for people to receive him with good heart.

5. SOW INTO HIS LIFE
Galatians 6:4-6 says: But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden. Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.(KJV)

This is talking about material things. Share with him all good things.

6. IMITATE HIM:
Find out the principles he is applying. Imitate his conversations and what comes out of him. Watch out for the fruits he is producing.
Hebrews 6:12 says: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.(KJV)

Hebrews 13:7 says: Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of [their] conversation.(KJV)

7. OBEY HIM:
Hebrews 13:17 says; Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that [is] unprofitable for you.(KJV)
Obey and listen to his instructions.
